SPE "RADA" offers a complete elaboration and manufacture of equipment of its own production to complete technical solution for sorting of MSW (municipal solid waste) of a mixed type and also separate collection of waste. Sorting lines of SPE "RADA" may be used as industrial workshops or individually constructed plants for crushing and sorting of different waste: household waste, mixed waste, construction waste, organic and inorganic waste, waste paper and polymers, and in a landfill, to be subsequent reuse and recycling.

SPE "RADA" production
Municipal solid waste are delivered to the recycling facility in special cars. Cars will automatically make the unloading of delivered solid waste directly to the reception area, where receiving horizontal conveyor is situated. With a large number of solid waste discharge is made to the ground part of the conveyor and then the process moves on a conveyor loader to ensure uniform supply of raw materials.
On the horizontal section of the receiving conveyor the primary selection of large-sized MSW is made.
Special cars for MSW are uploaded automatically, using an inclined feed conveyor. MSW are fed into the drum sieve, where such actions are held: the primary cleaning of solid waste from dirt, tearing packages with solid waste, screening of organic garbage, separation of the potty fraction and biological waste from MSW. Small fractions of a drum sieve fall on the vibrating table conveyor and reloaded in a storage bin for further the pressing and disposal at the landfill.
From the drum sieve (vibrating table) MSW are placed on sorting table, consisting of: sorting ground, sorting conveyor and magnetic separator. Working places of sorters are situated on the both sides of the sorting conveyor in front of the room. On the sorting table manual sorting of solid waste with the selection of secondary raw materials is made. Each worker chooses one or several types of secondary waste. The sorted waste is lowered into the appropriate crater and get in the storage container placed under the crater. Accumulation containers set under the sorting cabin are divided into compartments of various sizes, to prevent mixing of the sorted recycling.
As you accumulate in storage bunkers recycled materials intended for shredding, packaging and pressing, they take turns opening and thus raw materials are supplied by a small cross conveyor for pressing.

At the end of sorting table a magnetic separator for black- metal selection is set. Metal gets to the conveyor and is transported to the scrap yard.
All the rest materials remaining after sorting are not recycled they are pressed and transported to the burial site (the landfill).
Description and characteristics of the modules included in the sorting line.
1. The receiving node sorting
The receiving conveyor has recessed horizontal section, which is unloaded by vehicles with solid waste, and also there is an inclined portion (with an elevation angle of 40 °). Conveyor load-bearing body is armoring polymer oil-resistant tape which prevents pouring and reduce the metal content transporter.
The conveyor is equipped with boards and partitions on a tape to avoid the load’s slipping down.
In front of the conveyor a drive shaft is mounted for transmitting motion from the drive to the conveyor belt. The shafts rotate in bearings, enclosed by a special casing filled with grease.
Conveyor is equipped by installation tension device, which regulates the tension of the conveyor belt.
The gear motor is used as a drive belt with the ability to control the speed of the conveyor. Pulling capacity is transmitted from the drive to the rubber drive shaft, and from the drive shaft directly to the tape. The drive is equipped with overload protection. Mounting hardware and installation is carried out by means of bearings that are fixed to the support site.
2. Drum separator
Elaborated to divide the bulk mass on the size of their constituents. Used for screening of contaminated solid waste component, the biological component of MSW fractions.
3. Sorting cabin
Sorting cabin is a raised platform (the building) modular-type frame, with a of height 5640 mm. the floor of which is located at elevation of 3140 mm. from the shop floor level, allowing you to place under it a roomy storage bins for sorted MSW. In the middle of sorting cabin is placed a sorting conveyor with infinitely variable speed (top of 3420 mm. above the floor workshop), 815 mm. above the level of the cabin floor. On both sides of the conveyor belt the workplaces of the sorters are arranged. Workplaces are inside the cabin and are equipped to create a positive work of environment.
The sorted material is lowered into the proper funnel and gets through into the storage container with automatic unloading, mounted under the funnel. The area under the sorting unit is divided into compartments by partitions and storage bin to prevent the mixing of the sorted solid domestic waste.
Behind the area of patch of manual sorting, at the end of the conveyor, the iron separator is installed - to remove ferrous scrap remaining after sorting of solid waste.
The separator is a conveyor belt, in which the permanent magnets are placed, it is suspended above the sorting conveyor belt perpendicular. Under the funnel of the separator a self-unloading container is installed for further transportation at a scrap yard.
4. Sorting table.
Conveyor belt of MSW sorting zone is a horizontal conveyor with a length of 12- 20 m, and the width between 1 and 1.4 meters. On the both sides of the conveyor the workplaces of sorters are located. The conveyor is equipped with protective sides to prevent getting to a moving belt sorter’s hands and other objects. Each workstation is equipped with an emergency OFF button. Outside the cabin area is situated electromagnetic metalseparator serving to separate ferrous scrap metal. Belt speed ranges from 0.1 to 6 m/s, which allows to optimize the performance and the number of employees, increase the quantity of processed products.
5. Magnetic separator.
Magnetic separation - separation technology of materials based on differences in their magnetic properties (magnetic susceptibility) and the different behavior of the materials in the area of the magnetic field that changes the trajectory of the gravity of materials.
Self-unloading electromagnetic iron separator is designed to extract ferromagnetic objects from non-metallic bulk materials transported by a conveyor belt.
